Description:

 RX40PI rejects false alarms caused by spot temperature changes such as small to medium sized animals, air conditioners or moving curtains. Utilizing Quad Zone Logic, the RX40PI couples signals from its 78 detection zones to determine the size of its target. Its high-quality Spherical Lens and its dense detection pattern give the RX40PI Catch and Pet Immunity that is superior to other single technology detectors. RX40PI also has an insect shield sealed housing and Optex's 5 year warranty. Optex improves its patented ''Multifocus Optics'' technology to create ''Quad Zone Logic'' for accurate detection of humans. Using this logic, the RX40PI has been designed to give extremely high false alarm protection with tolerance to spot temperature changes from curtains or small to medium size animals. Optex's Optical Quad Technology taller detection zones are divided into upper and lower areas. It detects IR energy changes in both areas and then couples them for extremely accurate detections. Offering very high reliability in hostile areas.
